The International Travel Show (ITS2023) is a world-class travel industry event in New York City featuring a major exhibition of travel companies and destinations from around the world and conferences for travel industry professionals and consumers. ITS2023 is the HUB THAT CONNECTS THE WORLD OF TRAVEL.

WHAT HIGHLIGHTS ARE PLANNED FOR THE SHOW?

Over 50 conference sessions, presentations and 100 speakers, including dedicated programs for Travel Industry Professionals, and presentations by travel experts.

HOW WILL THIS SHOW BE DIFFERENT FROM ALL OTHER TRAVEL SHOWS?

ITS2023 will now have conference sessions for meetings and event planners who are also volume travel buyers. In addition, thousands of travel industry professionals and thousands of consumer travelers will attend this hybrid show.

HOW MANY EXHIBITORS DO YOU EXPECT TO ATTRACT?

We expect to attract approximately 300 exhibitors.

WHAT BOOTH OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Booths are available and include a package of benefits. Prices depend on size of space contracted but include:
10’x10’ booth package - $4,300 for each of the first two booths.
 
After booking two booths, exhibitors pay a reduced fee of $4,000 per 10’x 10’ booth.

Table top displays are available and special pricing is available on request.

CAN BOOTHS BE SHARED?

Yes, if the organizations are connected in some way.

CAN I EXHIBIT FOR JUST 1 OR 2 DAYS INSTEAD OF 3 DAYS?

No, this is not an option for exhibitors.

Yes, exhibit personnel badges provide access to the conference sessions.

Different categories of travel buyers will attend each day. We expect 15,000-20,000 attendees.

WHO CAN ATTEND EACH DAY & WHAT IS PRICE TO ATTEND?

Meetings & Event Planners can attend the Exhibition for free.
Meetings & Event Planners can attend the Planners Conference & Industry Reception for $79.
Travel Professionals can attend the Exhibition for free.
Travel Professionals and Meetings & Event Planners can attend the Travel Conference & Industry Reception for $79.
Consumer Travelers can attend the Exhibition & Seminars for $25.
Media & Press can register and attend both the Conferences and the Exhibition on all three days.

HOW CAN AN ATTENDEE REGISTER FOR THE SHOW?

Attendee Registration can be made through the show website when Registration opens on August 15th.

HOW WILL THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM WORK?

When registering, attendees and exhibitors will be given the opportunity to have access to the appointment system and calendar. Attendees can request an appointment with an exhibitor in their booth and exhibitors will confirm their availability to have a meeting.
